I'm Courtney, nice to meet you!

Hi! I’m Courtney, a Senior Right-of-Way Acquisition Professional with 9 years of experience in land acquisition for infrastructure projects such as sidewalks, trails, roundabouts, roadway expansions, and water pipelines. I have a master’s degree in Public Policy and hold the SR/WA-TN credential (Senior Right of Way Agent, Transportation Specialty), as well as CDOT Pre-Qualification for ROW acquisitions providing a robust foundation for navigating regulatory framework and engaging with stakeholders.  I have with a proven track record of successful negotiations, project compliance, and strategic planning for land acquisition to help your team bridge the gap between all stakeholders.

I am quite active in the Right-of-Way and Transportation communities.  Currently, I'm serving at the President of the IRWA (International Right of Way Association) Colorado Chapter and hold a PEAK Instructor Certification, which allows me to teach the Principals of Real Estate Negotiation.  I am also a member of WTS (Women's Transportation Seminar) and serve on the Northern Colorado steering committee, assisting with event planning and scholarship fundraising. 

Outside of work, I love spending time with my partner, Tom, and our corgis Fifi and Xena.  We like to play in the river, take bike rides and head for the hills when its snowy.  I'm always excited to play a round of golf or meet up for delicious food and cocktails.  Most importantly, I have two amazing daughters, who I a beyond proud of and relish visiting time with them every chance I get.
